At The Satisfied Co, every piece is made just for you — printed on demand with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

We encourage you to double-check the sizing guide before placing your order, and reach out with any questions — we’re happy to help!


Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us at info@thesatisfiedco.com within 10 days of receiving your package, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement or offer store credit — your choice.

  • Claims submitted after 10 days may not be eligible for replacement.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

    • Choosing the wrong size

    • Change of mind

    • Delayed delivery by the carrier
